• Collaborate with teams and learning circles
• Use AI-powered features for learning and self-improvement
• Earn badges, certificates, and achievements through genuine participation

You agree NOT to:

• Post hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
• Use profanity, vulgar language, or sexually explicit content
• Spread misinformation, defamatory statements, or malicious content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliations
• Spam, advertise, or solicit without authorization
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise platform security
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Use automated bots or scripts to manipulate the platform
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in: Warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and/or reporting to appropriate authorities depending on severity.

4.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (arguments, comments, journal entries). By posting, you grant SYMCUE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content for platform operations.

4.2 SYMCUE Content: The SYMCUE platform, including its design, features, curriculum, and AI systems, is protected by copyright, trademark, and patent-pending rights. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our proprietary content.

4.3 Feedback: Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide may be used by SYMCUE without compensation or obligation to you.

5.1 Free Tier: Basic access is free with limited features. No payment required.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions: Premium features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

5.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

5.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

5.5 Free Trials: Trial periods may be offered. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

6.4 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYMCUE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

7.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

7.2 By SYMCUE: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct harmful to the platform or community.

7.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. You may request export of your personal data within 30 days of termination.
